Audi has another electrical crossover up its Ingolstadt sleeve following the E-Tron, which may be go on sale in late 2020 around the same time as E-tron GT.

Audi advised it had been working with 3 SUV platforms: a MLB Evo architecture for E-Tron SUV and derivatives, J1 for E-Tron GT as well as the forthcoming PPE, designed by Porsche for future EVs.

This automobile seems like the A3-sized electric car which Audi’s head of exterior design spoke to Auto Express at the L.A. automobile show. At issue is that if it will be a traditional hatchback.
In 2017, Audi claimed that it intended to bring 3 EVs to market from 2020, and increase to 12 models by 2025. Autocar explained this new entrant will probably be sized involving the Q2 along with Q3, which makes it the smallest & most affordable EV in the German manufacturer’s lineup. Assuming it shows up on time, this little guy would be the fourth largest EV of Audi at the aforementioned timeframe after the E-Tron, E-Tron Sportback, and E-Tron GT. It’s also going to be a clear member of the family, Audi design chief Marc Lichte confirming the same inverted grille, intakes, and shoulder from the larger siblings for its entry-level EV.

Audi has stated that its MEB platform offerings [serve] as the basis for a series of Audi e-models,” particularly inside the high-volume A segment. One of these is being developed specifically for the requirements of China, the one most crucial market.
