MRI Software buys U.K. company Thesaurus Technology

An MRI spokesman claimed that the business has roughly 1,200 workers internationally.

Dermot Brady, executive managing director of Europe to get MRI, claimed in a statement that the cost of Thesaurus “widens our detailed selection of remedies for its U.K. residential business, devoting our understanding and expertise within the space and provides us more advantage in the expanding (small and midsized business) market.”
Thesaurus provides applications to manage tasks including updating databases tracking sales, generating statements and generating direction accounts, MRI stated from the release. The technology is at the cloud, available with subscriptions, both or installed on desktops.

Solon-based MRI Software LLC, a fast-growing supplier of real estate software, has generated another purchase.
The company announced on Wednesday, Dec. 5, it has bought Thesaurus technological innovation, also a United Kingdom-based provider of cloud-based, self-sustaining software for home sales and leasing agents. MRI stated in a news release that the acquisition, revealed in the provider’s International customers meeting in London, bolsters engineering capacities for “residential property agents, builders, owners and investors at the U.K.” for employers of all sizes.

Financial details of the deal proved not disclosed. MRI at the previous 14 months has made a few moves in the U.K., obtaining CML Software along with Quebec world wide computer software, and expanding a significant product line on the market.
