$500,000 gift to help move new science center forward

A gift of $500,000 from your Tom and Frances Leach Foundation sets Gateway to Science to breaking earth in 2019 in the lobby entrance to a science center with the Leach identify.

A reception and assess demonstration took place into the current location of Science, on Friday, at the Tom and Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex.

“We are extremely grateful to the base. They have not just place their markers our upcoming vision, nevertheless they have brought us another step closer to understanding our vision of the really outstanding center to encourage tomorrow’s scientists,” said Beth Decker, executive manager of Gateway to Science. “I am aware that Tom Leach would be very pleased that his life’s work will encourage a large number of young minds for centuries in the future”

The Tom and Frances Leach Foundation, a private charity that is nonprofit, encourages the general public wellbeing together with resources. The Foundation has contributed over $15.5 million to associations, charities and universities on the previous 60 decades.

“The board of this Tom and Frances Leach Foundation is extremely proud to get this to grant to Gateway to Science. This is not in regards to a fresh building. It is all about sparking the imaginations of young folks,” said Bill Daniel, president of this Leach groundwork.
